EMPA: Project «Nest»
Unconventional spirit of research
Unconventional spirit of research
New material, systems and technologies for the construction industry are being explored in the recently completed NEST innovations buildings in Dübendorf, which operates at an international level.
Instead of having a fixed spatial layout, individual work modules are installed as needed on the two open floors. The units of varying sizes offer plenty of space for teamwork and can also be used privately by individual employees.
The raw charm of the units encased in pressboards contrasts with the light oak floors. "Formpark” Mini can be installed in different laying patterns ensuring an unconventional look across the expansive floors. The warmth it emits creates a pleasant work environment.
