Chesa al Parc
In the Swiss canton of Graubünden, in the Engadine, lies the quiet mountain resort of Pontresina. Known for its typical three-storey residential barn houses - the Engadine houses - the community is dominated by large, existing hotel buildings. The local firm Stricker Architekten designed a new building with five holiday flats that implements the traditional, alpine architectural language in a contemporary way and creates a charming interplay of light and shadow with its façade.
